Conditions of Stay

Services included:

Firewood, Water, Electricity, Gas, Weekly cleaning, Final cleaning, Weekly change of linen, Set of bathroom linen, Set of kitchen linen, Set of bed linen, Use of laundry. Heating (8 hours per day in excess of €2 per hour) only in high season.

Excluded services:

Medium heating and low season (€ 2.00 per hour), Daily cleaning €12.00 per hour, Daily linen change € 8.00, Pool linen set € 4.00.

General conditions


START / END OF STAY : every day of the week, minimum stay 2 nights.

THE SERVICES OFFERED IN FARMHOUSE : (table tennis, swimming pool, bowling alley, outdoor mini-gym, hiking trails, mountain biking, playground, archery range, barbecue, telescope, hammock, board games table, furnished garden, visits to the apiary, private reserved parking) ARE INCLUDED IN THE QUOTAS:

CRADLE : with bed linen and high chair €15.00 per stay to be paid locally.

DOMESTIC COLLABORATOR: OPTIONAL, € 12.00 / HOUR.

CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT : 30% of the amount of the apartment to be paid at the time of booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT : € 150.00, the same will be returned at the end of the stay after inspection of the apartments and verification of their integrity.
